The Realization Group is an architectural scale model making firm located in Miami, Florida. During my three year employment with The Realization Group, I went from junior model maker to Model Shop Director (The highest Position). I managed multiple employees, met with clients, managed two offices of up to a staff of 10,purchased materials, repaired most forms of 3D printers and laser cutters. During my time here I worked to complete over 85 models, each one using digital modeling and digital fabrication. During my time at The Realization Group I learned how to manage time and employees in order to achieve goals and deliver all models on schedule. I also learned how to train employees on how to use Rhino for 3D modeling and digital fabrication. My experience at the Realization Group allowed me to continue my passion of 3D printing architecture and learned how to implement my skills to further my career in 3D printing large scale architecture.
